"Right-click" on link & select "save as" to download item to your hard disk:

1. PDF website marketing survey form: (after filling out, simply click the button at the end labelled "click to send via email" which sends the data to us in XML format - if you want to keep the info, you must print the document out before closing)
2. Image resizer utility: (free program provided by Microsoft which quickly & easily resizes images. After install simply navigate to the photos on your hard disk and right-click over the photo. You'll notice an extra item near the top of the right click menu labelled "resize image"). NOTE: you must have Windows XP to use the program
